Treaty Traders and Treaty Investor Visas E1, E2
All applicants who wish to apply for E-1 and E-2 visas (Treaty Traders and Treaty Investors) residents of Mexico should make his/her regular appointment calling directly or sending a fax to the U.S. Consulate Merida, Mexico, Attention NIV Section. Third country nationals who do not reside in Mexico should ask for their visas in their home country or place of residence.
Once this office has confirmed the appointment, applicant should send in advance a package containing all documents that could show what kind of investment will make in the U.S. For more information please visit Travel.State.Gov
