Passport Information
Thank you for your interest in a U.S. passport or extra blank pages. To apply:
1. Fill out application, gather documents. You can find the appropriate application by clicking on the link below:
- First Time Applications
- Passport Renewals
- First Time applications for Minors (under age 16). Please note that the applicant must appear in person and with both parents if s/he is 16 years of age or younger.

- Lost or stolen passport information
2. Photos
You must bring with you two recent 2x2 inch color photos, white background. For more information on photos please visit http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/frvi_3888.html
3. Make an appointment: http://evisaforms.state.gov/ACSSchedulingSystem.asp
4. Arrive prepared to pay the fee when you arrive at the Consulate. Fees range from $105 to $135 USD depending on the type of application (i.e. first-time, minor, renewal, etc). Payment can be made in US dollars, Mexican pesos, or by credit card. If paying in cash, please bring clean bills (i.e. no markings, cuts, etc.). There is an $82 fee to add extra pages.
